Lincoln County Hospital is a large district general hospital on the eastern edge of north-east Lincoln, England. It is the largest hospital in Lincolnshire, and offers the most comprehensive services, in Lincolnshire. It is managed by the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
In December 2013 the Trust was one of thirteen hospital trusts named by Dr Foster Intelligence as having higher than expected higher mortality indicator scores for the period April 2012 to March 2013 in their Hospital Guide 2013. [7] It was put into a buddying arrangement with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. [8]

Out-of-hours services are provided by Allied Health South Lincolnshire, which is a GP federation, the Lincolnshire Out of Hours service [6] and the GP-led Urgent Treatment Centres at Scunthorpe General Hospital, Louth Hospital, Boston Pilgrim Hospital, Lincoln County Hospital, Stamford Hospital and Skegness Hospital. Star Valley Health (North Lincoln County Hospital District) is a non-profit 22-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Afton, Wyoming. It serves Lincoln County. Star Valley Health was known as Star Valley Medical Center from 1999 until it was renamed in May 2019. [1]
It runs urgent care centres in Skegness and Louth, minor injuries units in Gainsborough and Spalding, a minor illness and injury unit in Peterborough, a walk in centre in Lincoln and GP Out-of-hours services across the county. It launched an occupational health musculoskeletal physiotherapy service in February 2015. [2]
