10. Return of the King of Queens (Please don’t change a normal episode into a Christmas episode and not make a plot about christmas. Having christmas as more of a background thing is lazy. I get 2 weeks off for Christmas, so I dedicate a day and actually have a marathon of these. All Community christmas episodes, followed by all American Dad christmas episodes. The episode of Simpsons where Bart shoplifts, and the one where he burns the Christmas tree. As of last year, the Bob’s Burgers episode “The Bleakening Part 1 and 2”.
When an episode misses the mark, we as fans of the show have the privilege to voice our displeasure right back. And unlike back then, there are people working on the show that grew up watching the show. They know as well as any of us what works and what doesn't. That's why we had less episodes with Herbert and more episodes with Meg.
