Only the models on our website that have carrier branding, IE T-Mobile and ect. Will have the carrier software. If you buy a T mobile branded device from our site, it will have the carrier software.

Both are technically registered on your carrier's network. There aren't that many differences that I saw between the important info in your email, and where there were it was expected and completely fine due to U (carrier locked) vs. U1 (unlocked) firmware.
