The Oloroso casks selected by the Nelson Brothers team restore the robustness and fortitude of sherry's true Spanish character. When Nelson Brothers bourbon enters those casks for its final stage of aging, the results draw out the dark colors, sweet notes (brown sugar, vanilla, raisins), and long, warm finish—with a hint of spicy bite.
