The Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (REC Foundation or RECF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization best known for managing competitions and programs for the VEX Robotics Competition. [1] Over 1.1 million students have participated in RECF programs around the world.
Out of 9,000 VEX Robotics teams in the world, the RoboDawgs ranked in the top 30 in the world rankings in March 2014. [13] Grandville Public Schools has been a leader in educational robotics for more than 10 years. The ʻIolani team (2438a) was part of the winning alliance, and qualified for the 2009 VEX World Robotics Competition, to be held at Dallas, Texas. They won the Community award and the Champion award.
