In 2018 Nick Korstad purchased the lighthouse, and has been running it as a Bed and Breakfast, while restoring the interior and exterior. The light was built in 1896 [19] at a cost of $25,000 (equivalent to $787,822 in 2023 [18]) and automated in 1944. [20] In 1961, the lighthouse was sold to Pick. Pick had it restored and furnished with antiques.

Hendricks Head Light is a lighthouse in Southport, Maine marking the west side of the mouth of the Sheepscot River. [2] [3] [4] The light station was established in 1829, and its present structures date to 1875. It was deactivated in 1933, but relit in 1951.
