    In simpler terms - a Russian national cannot get a Singapore e-Visa without either knowing someone here or booking a trip via a travel agency - barriers that are not imposed on Singaporean nationals the other way round. I am reluctant to include a dedicated category for the e-Visa for these two reasons. It is not so clear-cut.
