Neptune Township is a township in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 28,061, [9] [10] an increase of 126 (+0.5%) from the 2010 census count of 27,935, [19] [20] which in turn reflected an increase of 245 (+0.9%) from the 27,690 counted in the 2000 census.
