Prattville High School, formerly Autauga County High School, is a high school in Prattville, Alabama, United States. It forms part of the Autauga County School. In 2010, it had an enrollment of 2,109 students and a faculty of 103 teachers in grades 9–12. In 2014, it had 2,057 students and 98 teachers.
Autauga County was established on November 21, 1818, by an act of the Alabama Territorial Legislature (one year before Alabama was admitted as a State). As established, the county included present-day Autauga County, as well as Elmore County and Chilton County. At the time, Autauga (aka, Tawasa) Indians lived here.
The Elmore County portion is in the Elmore County Public School System. [13] Prattville Christian Academy and Autauga Academy are private schools based in the city. East Memorial Christian Academy was located in an unincorporated area of Autauga County, near Prattville, until it was closed down. [14]

The Mount Sinai School is a historic Rosenwald School in rural Autauga County, Alabama, US, northwest of Prattville. The one-story frame building was built in 1919 to the designs of W.A. Hazel to serve the local African American community. The money to build it was provided by the Julius Rosenwald Fund.
Billingsley School is a grades K-12 school located in Billingsley, Alabama and is part of the Autauga County School District. As of 2022, enrollment is some 559 students. In 1931, the school was destroyed by fire. The building that replaced it housed both high school and elementary school.
