James William Robinson (January 19, 1878 – December 2, 1964) was an American attorney and politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives for Utah's 2nd congressional district from 1933 to 1947.
It was a subsidiary of May Department Stores and merged with May's other Southern California subsidiary, J. W. Robinson's, in 1993 to form Robinsons-May. May Company California was established in 1923 when May acquired A. Hamburger & Sons Inc.. [2] (founded in 1881 by Asher Hamburger).
James William "Jim" Robinson Jr. (August 30, 1940 – April 11, 1966) was an American soldier and a posthumous recipient of the Medal of Honor. Robinson earned the award while serving with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was a Sergeant in the infantry when he was killed under heroic circumstances on April 11, 1966, at age 25.

Robinson's which opened in the Glendale Fashion Center in 1966, and then from the Glendale Galleria, which opened in 1976 and a second phase in 1982. Jeremiah William Robinson (July 18, 1860 – January 13, 1939) [1] [2] was an American politician who served as mayor of Boise, Idaho, from 1915 to 1916. Robinson was the subject of a successful recall election in 1916 on June 1, and was succeeded by S. H. Hays .
