Adela Nora Rogers St. Johns (May 20, 1894 – August 10, 1988) was an American journalist, novelist, and screenwriter. She wrote a number of screenplays for silent movies, but is best remembered for her groundbreaking exploits as "The World's Greatest Girl Reporter" during the 1920s and 1930s and her celebrity interviews for Photoplay magazine.

St. John's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located on the southeast corner of SR 1917 and SR 1753 in St. John's, Pitt County, North Carolina.It was built between 1893 and 1895, and is a one-story, gable front frame building.
St. John's was founded by Willie White and his partner Robert Pace in February 1976. In June of that year, members of St. John's voted to affiliate with the MCC denomination. The following year St. John's members began holding church services at the Community United Church of Christ and continued to use that facility for 17 years. [1]

St. John in the Wilderness (also known as St. John-in-the-Wilderness) is a historic church and cemetery in Flat Rock, North Carolina. It was the first Episcopal Church in Western North Carolina. A building from the 1850s is a contributing structure to Flat Rock Historic District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. [2]
