According to the "In No Sho" art-book, a "La Blue Girl" mook featuring screenshots from the OAV, there should be a scene in episode 6 (aka "Shin Inju Gakuen 2", the episode with cyborgs) of the original series when, during Mikos humiliation, just before the SM scene, she is teleported in a classroom to serve as the plaything of 2-3 thugs (a scene coming straight from the manga, btw).
