John Christian and Bertha Landrock Reichert House is a historic residence located in Tipton, Iowa, United States. Built in 1883 by J.C. Reichert (architect Samuel B. Reed , New York). The home was sited in an oak grove which provided much of the lumber used in its construction.
John Hayden Fry (February 28, 1929 – December 17, 2019) was an American college football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Southern Methodist University (SMU) from 1962 to 1972, North Texas State University—now known as the University of North Texas—from 1973 to 1978, and the University of Iowa from 1979 to 1998, compiling a career coaching record of 232–178–10.
The following year the relationship between the churches was dissolved and Red Oak Grove began a working relationship with the Presbyterian Church in Mechanicsville, Iowa. Henry Britcher donated land north of the church where the present manse was built in 1899. The Rev. J.C. Fawcett was the first pastor to occupy the home in 1901.

Floral Hall is a historic building located at the Cedar County Fairgrounds in Tipton, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. [ 1 ] The facility was built for use as a floral display area, and has maintained that use. [ 2 ]
