The World English Bible is an absolutely terrific translation. It uses the Majority Text for the New Testament, which is ideal for those who believe that God not only inspired His Word, but also preserved it.
Aside from this, the WEB doesn't seem to note passages of contested authenticity, such as Jesus sweating blood in Luke 22:43-4. More academic translations like NRSV tell the reader that passages like this might be unoriginal by putting brackets around the verse.
