Councilman Tim Baxa. Councilman Tim Baxa was elected to the Marion City Council in November of 2023. His seat is up for reelection in 2027. Tim and his family moved to Marion in 2017. Having grown up near small rural Kansas communities, Tim and his wife Amanda were glad to settle into the welcoming and comfortable community of Marion.
