Two state questions on the Nov. 5 ballot will ask Oklahoma voters to redefine who is a “qualified elector” and address public infrastructure needs for cities.
State Question 748 would amend the Oklahoma Constitution by amending Article 5, Sections 11A and 11B. The measure would change how the districts of the Oklahoma Legislature are apportioned. Currently, the Apportionment Commission is responsible for setting district boundaries every ten years if the legislature itself fails to do so.
As of Oct. 16, no individual or organization has reported spending on State Question 833, according to Oklahoma Ethics Commission filings. Pre-election spending reports are due on Oct. 28.
