Islamabad Rugby Football Club also known as the JINNS is a rugby football club from Islamabad, Pakistan. It was founded in 1992 by a group of expatriates , [ 1 ] as a registered club. The club enjoyed support among its members both local and expatriate players.

The club was founded in 2012 by a lecturer at Islamic University’s business programme Haris Haroon. The club was named after his nickname given to him by his students during his tutoring days.
