I ordered two rallye wheels from vintiques through jegs.the welds on one wheel was half the size of the other with lots of weld splatter like it ran out of gas mid weld.very poor quality neither vintiques nor jegs wanted to know about it.although I found jegs quite honourable to deal with before.wont be in any hurry to order from vintiques again.thought they were a quality outfit.obviously not
I went to the Summit website and opened another tab with the Wheel Vintiques website. Back and forth looking at center caps and Summit shows the PN 2009-1 as the "right" ones. The WV site says PN 2009-1 is for my wheels. Fits Gennie and solid wheels. The box they came in has 2009-1-A, so now I'm really confused.
In my experience, Wheel Vintiques has been a solid company with commendable customer service and quality products for quite a while now. There has obviously been some kind of internal change that is affecting that, whether it is COVID/supply or labor related or just an unfortunate reorganization of management, it has to be hurting their bottom ...
Wheel Vintiques- a BAD supplier So one of the "smoothies" I bought (Thru Summit Racing) turned out to be out of round and impossible to balance. Apparently the lug/hub holes are out of orientation to the rim of the wheel. Summit racing was very nice about it and sold me a replacement wheel "at cost" and they paid the freight. GOOD GUYS.

Yeah man, you need to get the O.E. series if you want 5 lug wheels. I found when buying Wheel Vintiques you really need to do your research before you pull the trigger on an order. They make both chev bolt patterns in an O.E wheel, they cost a little more, but worth it. I bought a ford set, and was happy with what I got.

I just bought a set of Wheel Vintiques 15x7front and 15x8rear rims for my 64 F-100 and am second guessing the 7's I'm thinking I should have ordered the 6's instead. I want to give it a decent rubber rake, without the cartoonish look.. So I'm asking you guys what is the perfect tire combo for a truck like mine Here are some pics as it sits now..
