Goal (Sinhala: ගෝල්) is a 2018 Sri Lankan Sinhala children's film directed by Rohan Perera and produced by Susara Dinal [2] for Maharaja Entertainments as a Sirasa Movie. [3] It stars Jayalath Manoratne and Chandani Seneviratne in lead roles along with Anula Bulathsinhala and Kaushalya Fernando. Music composed by Suresh Maliyadde.
Sihina Wasanthayak (Spring of Dreams) was a popular Sri Lankan television series directed by Sunil Costha and Saranga Mendis. A romantic drama, it was an adaption from the 2004 Tamil language film Autograph and was telecast on Sirasa TV in 2008-2009. The songs and soundtrack for the series were composed by Dinesh Subasinghe. [2]

Sri Lanka's second state-owned TV station - Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) - was established by the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation Act No. 6 of 1982. TV Derana is the first channel that hosted a reality show for children in Sri Lanka. The first season was named as Derana Star in a Minute [ 14 ] and the rest of the seasons as Derana Little Star . Up to date, nine seasons of Little Star were finished and the grand finale of tenth season was held on 27 June 2020.
