With a Your Texas Benefits account you can check your Lone Star Card balance, view recent card activity, manage your PIN, freeze and unfreeze your card, and request a new card using the Your Texas Benefits app. You can also visit YourTexasBenefits.com to view your balance or recent purchases.
If you lose or damage your card, you can order a new one by visiting Your Texas Benefits or by calling toll-free at 800-252-8263. You can access your available Medicaid health information through Your Texas Benefits ' Medicaid Client Portal.
