Mr Twin Sister, formerly known as Twin Sister, [2] is an American band from New York City. Their music has been described as chill wave, [1] indie pop, [3] [4] dream pop, and disco. [5] They have been compared to Cocteau Twins [6] and Portishead. [7] They have toured the US and Europe [8] [9] and have so far released three EPs and four LPs.
Soon after the twins reunited for the first time in 2004 at the age of 35, they began writing the book. Of the 13 or more children involved in the study, three sets of twins and one set of triplets have discovered one another. One or two sets of twins may still not know they have an identical twin. Twinsters is a 2015 documentary film which covers the true-life story of identical twin sisters, separated at birth, discovering each other on-line, meeting, confirming their identity with a DNA test, and exploring aspects of their background together. The film was released as a biography genre documentary on March 15, 2015, at South by Southwest.

Marian B. Brown and twin sister Vivian A. Brown were born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Vivian was the elder by eight minutes. Vivian was the elder by eight minutes.
