Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina.Opened in 1974, it was the first enclosed shopping center in Greensboro. Currently it is anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney and it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants.
In 1974, it built Greenboro's first shopping mall, the Four Seasons Town Centre. The mall was sold to GGP Inc. in 2004. [2] In February 2015, the company completed renovations to the Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum Hotel. [3] In March 2017, the company renovated its Grandover Resort. [4]

The Four Seasons Town Centre, at 410 Four Seasons Town Centre, is a three-story shopping mall with 1,141,000 square feet (106,000 m 2) of shopping space developed by the Koury Corporation. It is adjacent to the Joseph S. Koury Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel.
The mall also had a movie theater and out-parcel stores such as Toys R Us and a Kmart across Cone Boulevard.
