In 1931, Albany College joined, left in 1938, and re-joined in 1949 using its present name of Lewis & Clark College. Pacific Lutheran University was added in 1965, and Whitworth University in 1970. In 1978, the College of Idaho dropped out of the conference.
The 2024 NAIA baseball tournament was the 67th edition of the NAIA baseball championship. The 46-team tournament began on May 13 with Opening Round games across ten different sites and concluded with the 2024 NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho that began on May 24 and ended on May 31.

The Lewis & Clark Baseball League, or LCBL, was a collegiate summer baseball league comprising teams of the top college players from the St. Louis metropolitan area and beyond. Founded by Nicholas R. A. Mahrt in 2013, this amateur baseball league runs from June through early August in the St. Louis metropolitan area .
