It is one of three high schools in the Pearland Independent School District, and serves parts of Pearland and most of the city of Brookside Village. U.S. News & World Report ranks it 242nd in Texas and 2,689th nationally.
Glenda Dawson High School (DHS) is a public high school in Pearland, Texas, United States. It is a part of the Pearland Independent School District serving grades 9 through 12. In 2014, the school was awarded a national rank of 1,165th by U.S. News & World Report, which puts it in the silver medal category.
SNGC, which served the ninth graders zoned to Pearland High School, was located in the north campus of the High School, and was part of the Pearland Independent School District.
