According to the CDC source for 2021, New Hampshire had 15 homicides and a rate of 0, Vermont had 10 homicides and a rate of 0, and Wyoming had 16 homicides and a rate of 0. That makes no sense at all (I've also done a fast check of some non-zero states on CDC's page and it appears the problem only exists for the zero states).
