Isetnofret is known from several inscriptions and small statues. She is not well attested before year 25 of Ramesses II.Most of the items and scenes mentioning Queen Isetnofret seem to be associated with her sons Ramesses, Khaemwaset and Merenptah.
The Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Ramesses II had a large number of children: between 48 and 50 sons, and 40 to 53 daughters [1] – whom he had depicted on several monuments. Ramesses apparently made no distinctions between the offspring of his first two principal wives. Nefertari and Isetnofret. [2]
Isetnofret II may have been the daughter of Prince Khaemwaset. If so, she married her uncle Merneptah. Another possibility is that Isetnofret II is a daughter of King Ramesses II and possibly, a daughter of his great royal wife, Queen Isetnofret I. Khaemweset was the son of Ramesses II and Queen Isetnofret. He had at least two brothers: Prince Ramesses was his elder brother and Merneptah was his younger brother. Bintanath was his sister. These three siblings are depicted on the Aswan Rock stela with the Pharaoh and Queen shown with Khaemweset in another register.

Another stela from West Silsila depicts Bint-Anath standing behind her mother Isetnofret and her father Ramesses II as the king offers Maat to the gods Ptah and Nefertem.
