The Three Dikgosi Monument is a bronze sculpture located in the Central Business District of Gaborone, Botswana. The statues depict three dikgosi, or tribal chiefs: Khama III, Sebele I, and Bathoen I. The three dikgosi played important roles in Botswana's independence.
The Manyana Rock Paintings are a collection of rock art and caves located at the Kolobeng hills, neighbouring Manyana, Southern District, Botswana. It is believed that the artworks were made by the Khoikhoi or the San people between 1100 AD and 1700 AD. [1] The paintings are found on five cliff areas around the rocky hill. [2]
The National Botanical Garden is a 7-hectare (17-acre) park located along the Notwane River 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) south-east of the city center of Gaborone. The National Botanical Garden first opened on 2 November 2007, with the purpose of protecting Botswana's heritage. [ 2 ]
