Perilla L.A., or simply Perilla, is a Korean restaurant in Los Angeles, California. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ 3 ] Established in July 2023, the business was included in The New York Times 's 2023 list of the 50 best restaurants in the United States.
The restaurant was founded in Los Angeles in 2011, by David Kim and Jae Chang, a pair of Korean immigrants. [3] Kim had previously been the CEO of Baja Fresh and La Salsa.
