Hafiz Saeed Kot Lakhpat Jail , officially known as Central Jail Lahore , is a prison located at Rakh Chandra ( Kot Lakhpat ) in Lahore , Punjab, Pakistan . The jail houses more than four times the 4000 prisoner capacity it was built for.
