Poe Mamhe Thar was born 1 May 1997 in Yangon, Myanmar. She is also the elder sister to a 7-years younger sister. She attended Basic Primary School No. (3) Bahan from Kindergarten until Primary 4, moving onto Secondary School No. (2) Bahan from then on towards until she passed her matriculation exams.
