Du Quoin (/ d uː ˈ k ɔɪ n / doo-KOYN) is a city in Perry County, Illinois, United States. It is best known for hosting the annual DuQuoin State Fair and the Street Machine Nationals. The population is estimated at 5,761 in the 2020 census.
Old Du Quoin is an unincorporated community in Perry County, Illinois, United States. The community is located along Illinois Route 14 3.8 miles (6.1 km) southeast of downtown Du Quoin .
