The only copyright involved is the copyright of the photographer of the 3D image. This image has two copyrights involved, so needs to be replaced with one that is WP:FREER. Using a large portion of the copyrighted work is less likely to be fair use. However, courts have occasionally found use of an entire work to be fair use, and in other contexts, using even a small amount of a copyrighted work was determined not to be fair use because the selection was an important part—or the "heart"—of the work.

Don't re-upload the image—just edit the image description page and add the licensing information!
