Kamalapur Railway Station is the central railway station in Dhaka. Other major stations are Khulna railway station, Sylhet railway station, Rajshahi railway station, Chattogram railway station. In 2015, Bangladesh Railway serviced 489 railway stations. These include one block hut, thirteen train halts, and four goods booking points.
