North Beach Precinct is a heritage-listed precinct at Cliff Road, North Wollongong, City of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.It includes North Wollongong Beach, the North Beach/Wollongong Bathing Pavilion, Puckey's Salt Works, the Tram Cutting, Battery Park and Smiths Hill.
A feature is the beach with its two lagoons. The Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Life Saving Club offers beach safety and beach activities such as the Nippers on Sundays in summertime. Austinmer (/ ɔː s t ə n m ə r /) is a northern village of Wollongong on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia. It sits in the northern Illawarra region, south of Stanwell Park and immediately north of Thirroul. The town's main beach is Austinmer Beach, a patrolled surf beach and a popular tourist beach.
