Shannon Bennett (born 23 November 1975) [1] is an Australian chef and author. He is best known as the head chef of restaurant Vue de Monde at Melbourne's Rialto Tower . Bennett currently serves as the creative director at the restaurant and its parent company Vue Groups, [ 2 ] having previously been the executive chef.
