The Park Range, elevation approximately 3,712 metres (12,178 ft), [1] is a mountain range in the Rocky Mountains of northwestern Colorado in the United States. [1] The range forms a relatively isolated part of the Continental Divide, extending north-to-south for approximately 170 kilometres (110 mi) [1] along the boundary between Jackson (east) and Routt counties.

There are currently forty-two parks open to the public, and there are others in development. [1] Colorado State Parks host over eleven million visitors each year.
The 70,838-acre (286.67 km 2) park was established in 1970 in the Medicine Bow Range of the Rocky Mountains. Facilities include a visitors' center, 187 campsites (including RV and tent sites), over 60 dispersed camping sites, 15 cabins and yurts, picnic sites, boat ramps and 94 miles (151 km) of hiking trails.
