    Posted by vic83 @vic83, Jan 12, 2022. Recent angiogram revealed a 70-80% blockage in LAD. That is the minimum blockage to stent. Because of upcoming surgery, I was put on medication and not stented. Later one of the cardiologists did tell me that recent research has shown that medication can be as effective as stenting in most cases.

I had right and left catheterization and was told that I’d have to be put on special medication to repair this condition. Symptoms are severe shortness of breath.

    Yes, I was diagnosed with myocardial bridging 11/01/17 as a result of a heart cath. Initial symptoms included chest tightness/ache, tingling in arms, shortness of breath, general fatigue and lack of energy. Went to family doctor after not being able to give blood due to my hemoglobin being too low.
