Hello, I own forza horizon 3 as a digital copy and have it installed on my xbox one s and I am trying to install it on my pc so that I can use my wheel on it as it isn't an xbox compatible wheel and play with my friends but when I go into the xbox app it isn't showing in my library.

I just redeemed a digital code for Forza Horizon 3 on PC but I cannot install it. Created on January 12, 2024. I recently got Forza horizon 3 on disc, so I can play it on the Xbox series X but however every time I try to install it. It keeps saying installation stopped I’ve tried everything. Is there any way of me trying to fix this problem. It’s not a hardware issue at all it’s a brand new series X console.
