The Queen Sirikit Cup, officially the Asia-Pacific Amateur Ladies Golf Team Championship, is an annual amateur team golf championship for women organised by the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation. The inaugural event was held in 1979. The event is named after Queen Sirikit of Thailand. [1]
In March 2018, she won the Singapore Ladies Amateur Open. Diksha Dagar also registered the best score by an Indian at the Thailand's Queen Sirikit Cup history when she achieved it in June 2018 with a score of three under 69 and helped the Indian team to finish sixth in the women's team event. [22]

In 1987, she won the individual title and led Japan to a team victory in the Queen Sirikit Cup, a prestigious annual competition between Asian nations; other former individual winners of the cup include Hiromi Kobayashi and LPGA members to be Yani Tseng, Mi Hyun Kim, Hee-Won Han and Jeong Jang.
The inaugural Asian Amateur Golf Team Championship was held 1963 in the Philippines, with a trophy donated by Shun Nomura that became known as the Nomura Cup, and the Amateur Golf Confederation of Asia was formed. [1] The R&A started to help the APGC in 2002 when they offered to provide financial support for running the Nomura Cup. [1]

Defending champion Matteo Berrettini defeated Filip Krajinović in the final, 7–5, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Queen's Club Championships. By winning his fourth title on grass and seventh career ATP Tour singles title overall, Berrettini became the first player in the Open Era to claim the title in their first two appearances at the tournament.
