The 2024 CAF Champions League final were the final matches of the 2023–24 CAF Champions League, the 60th edition of Africa's premier club football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), and the 28th edition under the current CAF Champions League title.
It was contested by Al Ahly and Modern Future on 28 December 2023 at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. [4] Al Ahly won the match 4–2 at extra time after a 2–2 draw within 90 minutes, winning a record-extending 14th Egyptian Super Cup title. [5]
The final was contested between Egyptian club Al Ahly and Moroccan club Wydad AC, which is a repeat of the 2022 CAF Champions League final, the second time in CAF Champions League history that two same clubs compete in the final of Champions League consecutively.

The match officials were announced by the Egyptian Football Association on 23 October 2024, one day before the final. [2] Amin Omar was selected as the referee for the match, with Mahmoud Abou El Regal and Ahmed Hossam Taha as assistant referees, Ahmed El Ghandour as the fourth official, Mohamed Maarouf as the video assistant referee (VAR), and Mahmoud Ashour as the assistant VAR.
The final was contested in two-legged home-and-away format between Al Ahly from Egypt and Espérance de Tunis from Tunisia. The first leg was hosted by Al-Ahly on 2 November 2018, while the second leg was hosted by Espérance de Tunis at the Stade Olympique de Radès in Radès on 9 November 2018.
