Terry Milligan (7 March 1930 – 20 June 2003) was a boxer from Northern Ireland. He was born in Belfast. Terry Milligan had a wife and nine children. In 1951 he won a bronze medal at the European Amateur Boxing Championships in Milan, in 1953 a silver medal at the European Amateur Boxing Championships in Warsaw.
Oliver's screen wife in both the miniseries and regular series was played by Sarah Jessica Parker.
