Robert H. Klonoff is an American attorney and legal scholar working as the Jordan D. Schnitzer Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. He was previously a class action defense attorney at Jones Day and served as dean of Lewis & Clark Law School from 2007 to 2014.
Johnson then entered private practice at Stoel Rives in Portland, where she specialized in real estate finance and land use law, before joining the faculty of Lewis & Clark Law School in 1980. She was named Dean of the Law School in 2014. Johnson is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and was elected to the American Law Institute in 2008. [4] [5]
He has taught at Lewis & Clark since leaving practice as a partner with the law firm Stoel Rives LLP in Portland in 1986. [1] In fall 1992, he was a visiting professor of law at Stanford University, and in the fall of 1999, he was of counsel to Stoel Rives on a full-time basis. His primary teaching and research emphasis is on federal taxes.
