Viking Soul Food (VSF) is a Scandinavian [1] restaurant in southeast Portland's Woodstock neighborhood. Previously, the business operated from an Airstream trailer on Belmont Street, in the Bite On Belmont food cart pod in southeast Portland's Sunnyside neighborhood.
The pod opened in January 2022 and includes several food carts, including Burger Stevens, Hunker Down, [2] La Taquiza Vegana, Matt's BBQ Tacos, Poppyseed, and Third Culture Kitchen. [ 3 ] [ 4 ] [ 5 ] Oathbreaker Pie began operating in the pod in November 2024.

The Midtown Beer Garden (formerly known as the Southwest 5th Avenue food cart pod) is a food cart pod in Portland, Oregon, United States. The pod is the city's oldest, operating since the early 1980s. Following an update and renovation in 2023, the pod became known as Midtown Beer Garden.
