Rajashekhar Mantha (born 29 October 1967) is an Indian advocate who is serving as permanent judge of Calcutta High Court since 16 September 2019. [1] Previously, he was an additional judge from 21 September 2017 to 15 September 2019.
He became the senior advocate in the panel of Government of India as well as Damodar Valley Corporation. [2] He was appointed as a permanent judge on 18 May 2009 in the Calcutta High Court.
