The list of number-one singles in Russia in 2011 includes songs that topped the Top Radio Hits chart at the end of each of the weeks of 2011. The list is compiled based on TopHit data. It is worth noting that 2011 was the first year when TopHit began publishing radio charts for Russia and Ukraine, separate from the general CIS chart.
