Vitrina University was a private university founded in 2004 in Tirana, Albania according to the Court Decision no: 32.237. Its licence was revoked by the Albanian government in August 2014. Albania ratified the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage on 10 July 1989, making its historical sites eligible for inclusion on the list. [ 3 ] As of 2021 [update] , there are four sites in Albania inscribed on the list and a further four sites on the tentative list. [ 4 ]
