Over the past 18 or so I have bought several items from American Furniture Warehouse. My feelings are mixed about the quality of their merchandise. Any item that does NOT require you to sit on is usually a good price for what you are buying BUT if you are looking for a sofa, chair or bed I would STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere.

With furniture, I don't always believe that you get what you paid for. Everything is nice, luxurious, and durable from PB, but it's expensive. I bought Natuzzi leather couches and the Ashley leather couches are much more durable and are also luxurious, for half the price. The ASG furniture also has durable wood.
