Vocea României (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈvotʃe̯a romɨˈni.ej]; 'The Voice of Romania') is a Romanian reality singing competition broadcast on PRO TV. Based on the original The Voice of Holland , the concept of the series is to find new singing talent contested by aspiring singers, age 16 or over, drawn from public auditions.

Irina Rimes (born Irina Rîmeș on () August 22, 1991), [1] is a Moldovan singer-songwriter who established herself as one of the leading music artists in Romania and Moldova since the late 2010s. She is one of the four coaches of the Romanian talent show Vocea României. [2] Rimes works and lives in Bucharest, Chișinău, and Paris. [3] [4]
The first phase of the competition, the blind auditions, taped July 25–26 [3] and August 3–4, 2015, [4] [5] at the Kentauros Studios, Ștefăneștii de Jos, [6] began airing when the season premiered on September 18, 2015.
