The 2024–25 Drexel Dragons women's basketball team represents Drexel University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.The Dragons, led by fifth-year head coach Amy Mallon, play their home games at the Daskalakis Athletic Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as members of the Coastal Athletic Association.
The DAC was built in 1974 as the Physical Education and Athletic Center (PEAC) [9] and was renamed in 2001 after a gift from former Drexel Lacrosse player John A. Daskalakis ('63). [10] The Daskalakis Athletic Center hosted the 2018 and 2022 Colonial Athletic Association women's basketball tournament, and will again host the tournament in 2024.
The 42nd edition of the tournament began on March 20, 2024, and concluded with the championship game on April 7, 2024 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
