The Central Information Technology Office (or CITO) is an office under the Ministry of Finance in the country of Belize, located in the capital city of Belmopan.The office manages the government’s primary accounting system (SmartStream), as well as the application for the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments (SIGTAS).
